Can you smell what the Dodgers are cooking' I sure do. I smell .500. yes I can. its so close I can almost taste it.
I had trouble sleeping last night. sheer joy can do that to you. the Dodgers play game three of this three game series today in Atlanta looking for the sweep, and looking to win their 7th in a row.

seeing Matt Kemp, and Tony Gwynn doing some kind of happy jiggly dance in the dugout, right before last night's game tells you a lot. this team, is happy, loose, and worry free. there playing great Baseball, but have the Dodgers ran out of time?

theres even been improvement from  Mattingly. he's mixing and matching very well, he's been good at meltdown prevention lately, also the bullpen has been just awesome lately. however he's still doing the burning crap. please no more bunting Donnie.

the Dodgers will give the ball to ace lefty Calyton Kershaw. he is having a cy young season. he is 17-5 with a 2.45 ERA. he has 212 strikeouts to lead the league, and 5 complete games. the Dodgers are hoping hell give them a lot of innings today since the bullpen could use a rest. Kershaw does not have a decision against Atlanta. but has a 2.42 ERA and 25 whiffs. Kersh is 9-1 in his last 10 starts.

Atlanta will counter with young righty Randall Delgado. Jair Jurgens was supposed to start but was scratched due to a knee injury. this is delgado's third start, last time he nearly no-hit the Gaints. he is 0-1 this year against the league with a 3.60 ERA. we have never seen this guy before.

Ramon Troncoso was called up just in case. lets hope we never have to use him. looks like we could use Guerrier. isn't that funny? we actually need him. he is due back off of Paternity leave on monday, since rosters have already expanded no other move is needed.

todays game is at 1035 on KCAL. join us after the game for our daily recap. lets sweep these bastards! stop the chop! with each day brings new hope. together we rise. together we stand. GO BLUE.
